Last year they tried to post-pone Halloween on us due to the big snow storm. (Click here in case you don't remember!) But our neighborhood kept it going! And so to follow in suit, we did the same again this year. Despite the destruction Sandy struck down upon Norwalk, our little neighborhood, did fairly well and so Halloween went on as scheduled!
