Hello everyone

Well we are moving right into the 2nd trimester! Very exciting! As you can see from the pictures, we got the first ultrasound that our little one actually looks like a human! Funny how Mike usually calls babies "aliens" or "bugs" but when it's your own it's a "beautiful baby". It was great actually listening to the heartbeat for the first time. A strong 170 bpm. My belly is just starting to pop which is exciting, but scary at the same time. The nausea was starting to subside, but I have a wicked head cold, so I’m not feeling all that great. Mike has been nothing but wonderful though! We are obviously thrilled with everything. We are anxiously awaiting the ultrasound where we can find out if we are having a boy or girl. The most important thing is a healthy baby! ~Until next time
